    Delivery & Shipping Terms

    MrGadgetz.net facilitates order delivery throughout the Republic of Lebanon. Deliveries within the Beirut area are executed by our internal courier team, while orders destined for other regions may be completed by company drivers or assigned to an approved third-party logistics provider, including Wakilni.

    Estimated dispatch and delivery timeframes are communicated after order confirmation and are based on product availability, order specifications, and destination. All timeframes are indicative only and do not constitute a delivery guarantee. Customers seeking confirmation of delivery schedules may contact our support team using the contact details provided on the website.

    Delivery charges are calculated according to the destination address and will be disclosed prior to finalizing the order.


    Exchange Policy

    MrGadgetz.net permits product exchanges within a four (4) day period commencing from the date the order is delivered to the customer.

    Eligibility Conditions

    To be eligible for exchange, the product must be returned in original, unused, and uninstalled condition, with all tags, labels, accessories, and documentation intact. The item must be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not qualify for exchange.

    Exchange Request Procedure

    All exchange requests must be submitted in advance by contacting info@mrgadgetz.net within the applicable exchange period. Exchange requests are subject to review and approval.

    Once approved, customers will receive return authorization and detailed instructions for submitting the item. Any product returned without prior authorization or outside the permitted timeframe will be rejected.

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    Customers are responsible for examining their order immediately upon delivery. Any claim relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items must be reported promptly. Failure to notify us within a reasonable timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

    MrGadgetz.net reserves the right to request supporting evidence before approving any exchange.

    Items Not Eligible for Exchange

    The following items are strictly non-exchangeable unless required by applicable law:

    • Mobile phones and smart devices
    • Hygiene-sensitive or consumable items (including but not limited to headsets, earphones, network cards, and Wi-Fi routers)
    • Customized, personalized, or special-order products
    • Pre-ordered items
    • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or marked as final sale
    • Gift cards, vouchers, or store credit

    Exchange Processing

    Approved exchanges are completed by returning the original item for verification. Once eligibility is confirmed, customers may place a new order for the replacement item. Any price difference shall be the responsibility of the customer.
