    Warranty Policy

Everything you need to know about how we operate, protect your data, and support your purchase.

    1. General Warranty Policy

At MrGadgetz, we guarantee that all products sold are 100% genuine and brand new (unless explicitly stated otherwise). We stand behind the quality of the electronics we offer.

Most electronic devices sold on MrGadgetz.net are covered by a standard Manufacturer's Warranty. This warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer (e.g., Apple, Samsung, Sony) and ensures the product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

    2. Warranty Period

The warranty period varies by product category and manufacturer:

    • Smartphones, Tablets, & Laptops: Typically 1 Year from the date of purchase (or activation).
    • Accessories (Cables, Chargers, Cases): Typically no warranty unless a manufacturing defect is reported within the 4-day exchange period.
    • Consumables (Batteries, Ink): Not covered by warranty once opened/used.

    3. What is Covered?

The warranty covers hardware defects that arise during normal usage. This includes:

    • Screen malfunctions (touch issues, dead pixels) not caused by impact.
    • Battery failure (if capacity drops significantly below standard within the warranty period).
    • Motherboard or internal component failure.
    • Software issues inherent to the device (excluding third-party apps).

    4. What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)

The warranty will be considered void if the device shows signs of:

    • Physical Damage: Dents, cracks, bent frames, or broken screens caused by drops or pressure.
    • Liquid Damage: Exposure to water, moisture, or other liquids (even for water-resistant devices, as seals can degrade).
    • Unauthorized Repairs: Attempting to open or repair the device by anyone other than an authorized service center.
    • Software Tampering: Jailbreaking, rooting, or installing unauthorized firmware.
    • Electrical Surges: Damage caused by using non-original chargers or unstable voltage.

    5. How to Claim Warranty

If your device develops a fault after the initial 4-day exchange period but within the warranty period:

    1. Contact Us: Email info@mrgadgetz.net with your Order ID and a description of the issue.
    2. Service Center: We will direct you to the nearest Authorized Service Center for your specific brand (e.g., Apple Authorized Service Provider, Samsung Care).
    3. Inspection: The service center will inspect the device to determine if the defect is covered under warranty.
    4. Resolution: If covered, the device will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion.

    6. Out-of-Warranty Service

If your warranty has expired or the damage is not covered (e.g., broken screen), MrGadgetz can recommend trusted repair partners. All out-of-warranty repairs are chargeable.
